...and a happy new year! trying to make the best of life with what it is but im so tired of holding myself together but its okay! just remember what you had burned into your brain in the psych wards and count to ten and distract yourself and take your meds and do your coping skills and hobbies and listen to music that makes you feel things but only the things you're allowed to feel. not allowed to break other peoples rules for you, yeah?
